Fried chicken is probably one of the most popular dishes all over the world, but once you taste 
fried chicken marinated in Lobo Seasoning Mix for Chicken, you will never forget it. 
The distinctive flavour is both aromatic and tasty.
 

• Clean the chicken thoroughly. You can use it whole or the drumsticks or the wings. Leave to dry.
• Dissolve the Seasoning Mix for Chicken in water. Dredge chicken in it completely and marinate for 1 hour.
• Fry, grill or roast chicken as wished.

• To grill chicken, use a griller at medium heat. Turn chicken regularly. Brush oil on the chicken with a soft brush while grilling.
• To fry chicken, use generous amount of oil. Set pan on medium heat. Fry until chicken turns golden brown.
• To roast chicken, set oven to 375°F or 190°C and roast chicken for 30-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
