Pour Nam Powder and Salt with Sodium Nitrite over chopped pork. Mix thoroughly. Add pork rind (cut into small long strips), garlic, fresh chilli. Fill the mixture into plastic bags and tightly seal off. Leave for 24 hours in room temperature before serving.
